The Bristol Cultural and Historic Foundation is hosting the
33rd Annual Historic Bristol Day
October 17, 2009
10 am - 5 pm
They have a wonderful program planned for the day including crafters, musical programs by the 85 year old Bracken "Cavaliers" Drum and Bugle Corps (the corps is 85 years old - not the individual drummers or buglers :), historic home tours, children's entertainment, tours of historic properties in town...

Accommodation looks beautiful, well, at least in the picture and if all the basic amenities and facilities are available there, I don't think the price is too steep as well.
